Mushrooms in garlic sauce
ingredients
4 pcs garlic cloves 5 tbsp olive oil 10 tbsp white wine vinegar 5 tbsp white wine 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp parsley 1 pinch of salt 1 kg mushrooms
procedure
1. Stir in the vinegar, wine, soy sauce, honey, green parsley and salt. 2. Place the mushrooms in a heatproof container and pour the hot liquid over them. Cover and marinate for 3 or more hours. Turn the mushrooms occasionally and serve.
