Mushrooms baked with ham

ingredients

12 pcs fresh mushrooms 100 g ham 100 g hard cheese a little parsley 2 cloves garlic a little salt a little ground black pepper a little butter to grease the mould 30 g butter

procedure

Cut out the mushrooms, chop them finely and mix them with the ham, cut into small cubes, grated cheese, chopped parsley, pressed garlic cloves, salt and ground black pepper.

Fill the cleaned hats with the mixture. Place them in a buttered baking dish and put a knob of butter on top of each sausage. Bake in a medium oven for 25-30 min.
