Mushroom spread with hard cheese
ingredients
500 g fresh mushrooms 50 g butter 50 ml sweet cream to taste salt a little ground black pepper to taste chopped parsley 50 g g grated hard cheese
procedure

Clean the mushrooms, slice thinly and place in the heated butter. Simmer them, stirring constantly, until the water evaporates. Then pour the cream mixed with salt and pepper over them and let them go through the boil. Finally, stir the finely chopped parsley into the mixture.

Place on sandwich slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with butter. Place in a preheated oven and bake. To reduce the cooking time, do not bake the slices, but stir the cheese into the hot mixture.
