Mushroom soup with rarebit

ingredients

160 g fresh mushrooms 20 g dried mushrooms 1 pk onion 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp tomato parsley ground black pepper water salt

step

Cut mushrooms, put in water and cook. Prepare a red roux of flour and fat, add the grated onion, fry, cover with water, add salt, add to the cooked mushrooms and simmer together. Finally, boil the rarebit, add the chopped parsley and season with pepper.
