Mushroom soup with potatoes

Fries with mushrooms, but feel free to use other mushrooms. Seasoned with marjoram, garlic and caraway seeds, sprinkled with fresh parsley at the end.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Put the diced potatoes, sliced mushrooms and Vitana Mushroom Broth into water and boil
2. When everything is soft, add the pressed garlic, a little marjoram and boil everything for a while
3. Then add salt to taste
4. If you want, you can thicken the soup with roux. Serve the mushroom soup preferably sprinkled with parsley
