Mushroom soup with plums

2 handfuls of dried mushrooms 5 pcs prunes 5 pcs boiled and peeled potatoes 3 pcs garlic 5 pcs whole black peppercorns 3 pcs bay leaves 1 pcs whipped cream 1/2 litre milk pcs salt, flour to thicken, boiled vinegar
procedure

Put the mushrooms with the spices, plums, garlic, salt and bay leaf in about 1.5 litres of water.

Make a paste of milk, cream and flour.

Shake the mushrooms before boiling. Overcook.
4.
Add the potatoes to the finished soup (we always set aside the cooked ones for a salad). Season with boiled vinegar.
