Mushroom soup with pasta
ingredients
1 handful dried mushrooms 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 50 ml cream 1 pinch cumin 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 cup pasta 2 tbsp parsley
step
1. Soak the mushrooms in cold water. Drain them, then add them to the pot with the water salt and cumin. 2. Make a light roux with the oil and flour. Add it to the soup and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Add the cooked pasta to the soup, soften with cream, season and serve immediately.
