Mushroom soup with noodles
ingredients
1 handful mushrooms to taste salt to taste water a little cumin a little ground black pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp plain flour chopped parsley 1,3 dl cream to taste noodles
procedure
1. Cover the chopped and cleaned mushrooms with water, add salt, cumin, ground black pepper, pink roux made from butter and flour and boil well. 2. Finally, boil the noodles in the soup, season it with chopped green parsley and soften with cream.
