Mushroom soup with grated dough

ingredients

160 g fresh mushrooms 40 g lard 20 g plain flour 20 g onion 20 g dry grated dough to taste salt,black pepper,green parsley

step

Boil the sliced mushrooms in water.Make a roux from the lard and flour, add the grated onion, fry, pour water, add salt, add to the cooked mushrooms and boil together.Finally boil the dough, add the chopped parsley and season with pepper.
