Peel, wash and finely chop the potatoes and Vegetable Recipes.

Peel the garlic and one onion finely chopped. Put the other one in the soup to cook later.

Fry the chopped onion in oil, then add the garlic, Vegetable Recipes, mushrooms and sauté together.

Pour the broth, add potatoes, salt, pepper, season with cumin, ground red pepper and cook until tender.
