3 dl sour cream 1 pk egg 40 g plain flour 150 g mushrooms 4 tbsp lemon juice to taste salt,caraway seeds

In sour cream mix egg, flour and salt. Then, stirring constantly, add hot water with a little caraway seeds in which you have boiled the sliced mushrooms and bring the soup to a boil. Before serving, acidify with lemon juice.
