250 g fresh mushrooms lemon juice 50 g butter 1 pk onion cooking cream 2 pk plums salt pepper broth from the spinach

Delicate creamy soup. 1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices,sprinkle with lemon,so that they do not blacken. 2. Sauté the onions in butter, chopped small, 3. separately boil the broth, 4. add the mushrooms to the onions, sauté, 5. cover and let simmer for a few minutes until softened. 6. Then add to the broth,add salt,pepper. 7.
