Mushroom Soup

French recipe for a soup made with fresh porcini mushrooms and chicken stock, served with toasted triple-sided toasted bread, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

Ingredients:

400-450 g of fresh mushrooms 120 g 1 l chicken broth 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 2 pcs toasted bread ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Clean and wash the mushrooms and drain them thoroughly, then cut them into thicker slices
2. Melt half of the fat in the pot and sauté the mushrooms, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes
3. 6. Pour the mushroom soup onto plates, top with the crispy bread and garnish with chopped parsley.
