Mushroom sauce with sour cream
ingredients
1 pk onion 3 tbsp butter 250 g fresh mushrooms 2 tbsp plain flour 500 ml broth to taste salt 200 g thick white yoghurt / sour cream

1.
Bake the chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter, add the sliced mushrooms and simmer until tender. Make a light roux with the remaining butter and flour, dilute with stock and cook for 20 min

Salt, add the stewed mushrooms, sour cream and bring to the boil. Serve the sauce with boiled beef or hard-boiled eggs and potatoes.
