Mushroom sauce with parsley

1 pk onion 3 tbsp butter 250 g fresh mushrooms 2 tbsp plain flour 500 ml broth to taste salt 200 g sour cream to taste chopped parsley

1.
Bake the chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter, add the sliced mushrooms and simmer until tender. Make a light roux with the remaining butter and flour, dilute with stock and cook for 20 min
2.
Salt, add the stewed mushrooms, sour cream and bring to the boil.

Finally, stir chopped parsley into the finished sauce.
