Mushroom sauce to beef

150 g mushrooms 20 g butter 20 g onion 30 g butter 40 g flour 4 tbsp sour cream to taste salt, pepper, broth

Slice the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry the chopped onion in the butter, add the mushrooms, after a while add the broth and simmer until soft. Make a roux from the butter and flour, pour the broth over the mushrooms, strain and simmer. Add salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the cream. Serve with beef.
