Mushroom Salad with Wine

A tasty appetizer of mushrooms, white wine and spices.

Ingredients:

500 g mushrooms 4 tbsp white wine 2 tablespoons oil lemon juice bean leaf whole pepper sugar salt

Procedure:

1. Slice the cleaned mushrooms, place in hot water and add salt
2. Add lemon juice, spices and simmer until tender
3. Remove the pan from the stove, take out the spices, add wine, oil, sugar to taste and let cool.

Recommendation:

– Serve with fresh bread.
