Sliced mushrooms sautéed in a little water, seasoned with vinegar, salt, spices and onion, seasoned with lemon juice, sugar and spices, served as a cold starter with bread.

Procedure:
1. Cleaned mushrooms cut into pieces and stew them in a little water with the addition of a few drops of vinegar, a pinch of spices (allspice, pepper, a piece of bay leaf), salt and onion cut into thin slices
2. Once the mushrooms are soft and the water almost boiled, add the diced or sliced ham, stir
3. Finally, season the salad with lemon juice, sugar and salt and serve it chilled as a cold starter with bread.
