1 pk red onion 4 pk larger potatoes 600 ml sterilized sour mushrooms 2 dl mayonnaise pk cucumber water or cooking cream /for dilution/ pk salt and ml.white pepper

I love this salad. It’s made with my own foraged mushrooms.
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely. Add mushrooms, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and dilute with cucumber water or cream. 2. Let cool and serve either alone with bread or make a cold bowl. Bon Appetit.
