Mushroom roll
ingredients
1 tbsp butter 2 pcs egg 1 pinch salt 50 g sterilized mushrooms 60 g plain flour a little fat to grease a little coarse flour to line the mould
procedure
1.
Mix the butter with the egg yolks and salt until foamy. Slice the mushrooms and fold into the egg yolk foam with the flour and egg white.

Spread the batter into a greased and floured baking dish and bake slowly in the preheated oven.
3.
Cut the hot roll into cubes and serve.
