Mushroom risotto with parsley

ingredients

1/2 kg mushrooms 80 g lard 400 g rice to taste onion, ground red pepper, salt, black pepper, parsley

procedure

Fry finely chopped onion in lard, add red pepper, chopped and cleaned mushrooms and simmer. Then add sifted and washed rice, salt, pepper, add water as needed and simmer. Finally, stir in the chopped parsley.
