Mushroom pie

ingredients

500 g plain flour 260 ml milk 35 g fresh yeast 1 pinch salt 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp sour delicatessen cream 100 g hard grated cheese 100 g mushrooms 2 pcs onion to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 pcs egg for rubbing

step

1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and let the yeast work. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sour cream, oil and sourdough starter. Make a smooth dough, cover and leave to rise for about 15 minutes. 2. Then divide the dough into two equal parts and roll them out on a floured board. Put the hard cheese, the fried onion and mushrooms and the cheese in the middle of each. Roll up the edges a little. 3. Place the cakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 185°C.
