Mushroom Pâstičky

Chaussons aux champignons, that’s the original name of this French recipe.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned mushrooms into thin noodles, saute them in butter
2. Pour the béchamel to the mushrooms, add salt, pepper and chopped parsley and finely chopped ham
3. Roll out the puff pastry into a sheet, cut out squares with a 7 cm edge, put a spoonful of the cooled mixture on each square, fold over the corner, press the ends together
4. Spread the patties with beaten egg yolk and bake in a hot oven until golden brown, serve as an appetizer.
