Mushroom pasta with garlic
ingredients
500 g fresh mushrooms 6 cloves garlic 1 tbsp olive oil 5 tbsp butter 500 g pasta 1 KL salt 1.5 cups grated Parmesan 2 bunches spring onions
procedure
1. Sauté sliced mushrooms on both sides in hot olive oil and butter. Season them with salt and pressed garlic and set aside. 2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Rinse them with cold water and add them to the mushrooms along with the butter. Stir in the grated cheese and wait until it melts, finally add the finely chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
