18 pcs fresh mushrooms

FILLING

80 g onion 50 g butter 100 g cooked meat 2 pcs egg 100 g cheese to taste ground black pepper,salt

step

1. Clean and peel the mushroom heads. Stuff the halves with the stuffing and bake in the oven. 2. STUFFING : Saute mushroom legs and minced meat in butter and onion. Then mix the mixture with the eggs and grated cheese, season with salt and pepper.
