5 pcs egg 2 tbsp milk 3 KL oil salt
Filling
160 g fresh mushrooms 1 pk onion 1 KL oil ground black pepper water salt
step
1. Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and bake the omelettes in a greased frying pan and fill them with the mushroom filling. 2. Prepare the filling by frying the finely chopped onion in oil, add the chopped cleaned mushrooms, season with pepper, salt and a little water and simmer until tender. Serve the filled omelettes with mushroom filling with a seasonal salad.
