Mushroom omelette

ingredients

400 g fresh mushrooms 30 g butter for stewing mushrooms 40 g butter 8 pcs egg 8 tbsp milk to taste salt

step

1.

Clean the mushrooms, chop and saute in butter.

2.

Put the butter in a pan and spread the mushrooms evenly.

3.

Cover them with eggs scrambled with milk and salt and bake on one side.

4.

Transfer the omelette to a plate and serve.
