400 g mushrooms 200 g pepper 150 g tomato 150 g onion 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mustard 1 pk masox 5 cloves garlic a little oil to taste salt to taste grated cheese to taste toast

1. Chop the garlic and onion finely and fry them in the oil. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms, sliced peppers and peeled and chopped tomatoes. 2. Season with salt and pepper, add stock, cover with a little water and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, add the soy sauce, mustard and ketchup. Spread the mixture on the toast and sprinkle with cheese.
