4 dkg lard 5 dkg onion 30 dkg mushrooms 15 dkg boiled potatoes 2 pcs egg to taste ground black pepper, cumin, parsley, salt 3 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 pcs egg some plain flour, breadcrumbs for coating

1. Saute mushrooms until soft in lard with onion, salt, ground pepper, cumin, chopped parsley. Then chop them finely, add boiled potatoes, which we press, eggs, the juice from the smothered mushrooms, enough breadcrumbs to make the mass soft enough. 2. Form smaller meatballs, which are coated in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until pink. Serve with rice and salad.
