Mushroom Kuba II
Mushroom kuba tastes great not only at Christmas.

Procedure:
1. Pour water over the mushrooms and let soak for 2 hours
2. Rinse the grits several times and drain in a colander
3. Fry the onion finely chopped in half of the melted lard
4. Stir in the semolina and fry it briefly, add salt, pour in the broth and cook under a lid, over a low heat, until tender
5. Remove the mushrooms from the water, squeeze them out and strain them
6. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of lard, add the mushrooms, which simmer with cumin for 15 minutes, then stir in the cooked semolina
7. Season with grated garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram, put into a greased baking dish, pour in the remaining melted lard and bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 25 minutes.
Recommendation:
Instead of semolina we can use rice, of which we will need 220-250 g.
