Recipe originally from Estonian cuisine. Sauteed mushrooms in spicy brine, pressed and sterilized.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thick slices, add salt and let them rest in a porcelain bowl
2. Boil all the spices in the prescribed amount of vinegar, add sugar and leave to infuse for at least two hours
3. Place the rested mushrooms in a pot, pour a small amount of vinegar liquor and simmer under a lid until tender
