Mushroom Goulash with Gnocchi

Mushrooms sauteed on onion base, served with potato gnocchi.

Procedure:
1. 1. fry peeled, finely chopped onions in hot oil, add cleaned mushrooms cut into larger pieces and simmer for about 20 minutes
2. Then add ground paprika, pepper, marjoram, salt, cumin, add a little water if necessary, stir and simmer until tender
3. Season the finished stew with salt and sprinkle with boiled, diced eggs.
Preparation of gnocchi:
1. Prepare the gnocchi by mixing the breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, semolina and oil, add salt, finely chopped parsley and work into a stiff dough, from which make palm-sized rolls
2. Place the prepared rolls in boiling salted water and cook until they float to the surface.
