Mushroom Garlic

Soup prepared from fresh mushrooms, garlic, water and spices, served with fried bread cut into cubes.

Ingredients:

200 g of fresh mushrooms (preferably mixed) 4 pcs 2 pcs slices of aged bread 1 l of water 20 g of lard 5 marbles of whole pepper cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Clean your fresh mushrooms, slice them, put them in a pot of water, add cumin, whole pepper, salt and cook for 25 minutes
2. In the meantime, peel and crush the garlic, cut the bread slices into cubes and fry in lard
3. Towards the end of cooking the mushrooms, season the soup with crushed garlic and salt to taste
4. Put the fried bread cubes into soup bowls, pour the hot soup over them and serve.
