Mushroom Dumplings

Soup sauce made from mushrooms, breadcrumbs and eggs.

Ingredients:

100-150 g of sliced mushrooms 100 g breadcrumbs 1 pc of egg 30 g of fat 2-3 pcs of garlic cloves pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Saute the chopped mushrooms with green parsley in oil in a pan (cover with a lid), scramble them
2. Whisk the egg in a bowl with a whisk and beat together with the fat
3. Mix the mushrooms with the egg and fat, add breadcrumbs, pepper, garlic rubbed with salt
4. If the mass is stiff, add water, if it is thin, add a little breadcrumbs, you can add a pinch of baking powder
