procedure
1. Chop the onion finely and then fry it in the oil, add the chopped cleaned mushrooms, cover with a little water and simmer covered. 2. Then add the soaked and squeezed buns, semolina, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for a while to let the semolina swell. Form pancakes on a baking tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve with mashed potatoes.
