Mushroom cake not only for breakfast

Now that it’s mushroom season, they need to be processed. I made a breakfast mushroom pie.

I got mushrooms. They will make a tasty breakfast.

The mushrooms are cleaned, so cut them.

Simmer the mushrooms in a casserole with oil and onions, season. Make them crispy, they will still bake.

Place the finely chopped sandwich bread, the stewed mushrooms, the egg yolks and add the milk.

Whip the egg whites into a stiff snow and add to the mushroom mixture.

Place the mixture in a glass baking dish, which is greased and dusted with breadcrumbs. Align. Bake for approximately 45 min at 200c.

Remove from the oven. Cut into portions.
