Mushroom burger

ingredients

4 pcs sesame bun 150 g mushrooms 1 pcs spring onions a little oil to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 4 cheese

procedure

1. Fry the finely chopped spring onions in the oil. Add the finely chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and sauté until tender. 2. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and toast them on the inside in a dry frying pan. Place a slice of cheese and mushroom mixture on half of the bun, cover with the remaining half of the bun and serve immediately.
