Mushroom bun

400 g fresh mushrooms 5 pcs rolls 2 dl milk 1 pk onion a little oil 5 pk eggs 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp ground cumin to taste nutmeg to taste salt to taste ground black pepper to taste parsley a little fat and breadcrumbs to sprinkle to taste cheese for sprinkling
procedure
1. Cut the cleaned and pre-cooked mushrooms, 2. cut the rolls into rounds and cover with milk,let them stand,to soak. 3. In the meantime, chop the onion finely and fry it in a little oil.Add the mushrooms and saute them a little.When they are soft, add them to the rolls, add salt, pepper, eggs, crushed garlic and chopped parsley.Stir. 4. Grease a baking dish,sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the prepared buns.Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 min. at 180 °C. 5. After baking, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with vegetable salad.It is also good cold.
