Mushroom Bruschetta

Take inspiration from this recipe from the Czech Vegan Society, which will also be enjoyed by gourmets from the ranks of “carnivores”. Recipe suitable for Valentine’s menu.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of high quality bread (white bread, baguette or ciabatta) 2 pcs garlic strips 250 g

td>brown mushrooms 1 bunch smooth-leaved parsley olive oil ground cumin coarse salt pepper

Procedure:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop the mushrooms and put them in the pan along with the crushed garlic and fry. Add finely chopped parsley, a pinch of ground cumin, salt and pepper. Stir and leave in the pan until the ingredients and flavours have combined.
  • Broil the bread on both sides.
  • Serve the bruschetta garnished with the mushroom mixture, sprinkled with fresh parsley, freshly ground pepper and drizzled with good quality oil.
