500 g broccoli 250 g mushrooms 1 pcs large onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp salt 1 liter water 1/2 liter milk

Excellent thick soup. 1. Clean mushrooms, chop finely (caps and legs). Finely chop the onion. 2. Fry the onion in a little oil, add the mushrooms and fry, add the chopped garlic, add salt. 3. Pour water over the finished mushrooms, add broccoli and cook for about 15minutes. 4. Blend with an immersion blender, add milk, bring to a boil and set aside.
