100 g dried mushrooms 500 g onion 500 g cucumber 200 g capers 200 g olives 200 g tomato puree 100 g butter 2,5 dl cream 1 pk lemon a little parsley to taste pepper to taste salt to taste bay leaf

1. Put the cleaned onion with tomato puree, cleaned and sliced cucumbers into the prepared mushroom broth and cook everything for 8 to 10 min. 2. Then add salt, pepper, bay leaf, boiled dried mushrooms, cut into pieces and bring to a boil. 3. Then add the pitted olives, capers and let boil for 1-3 min. 4. When serving the brine on a plate, put the cream and green parsley on top and you can add a slice of lemon.
