Mushroom and semolina croquettes

ingredients

1/2 kg mushrooms 20 g lard 20 g onion 100 g bun 20 g semolina 60 g breadcrumbs 1 egg to taste water, salt, ground black pepper, breadcrumbs for coating

procedure

Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the chopped mushrooms, a little water and simmer. Then add the soaked and floured buns, egg, semolina, breadcrumbs, black pepper, salt and mix everything. Leave to stand. On a baking tray covered with breadcrumbs, form the rolls and fry them in the hot lard.
