Mushroom and paprika stew
ingredients
5 tbsp lard 2 pcs onion to taste minced red sweet paprika to taste salt to taste cumin handful mushroom cubes broth 6 pcs green pepper 4 cloves garlic 125 ml sour cream 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp tomato puree
step
1. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the ground sweet paprika and fry gently. Add salt, cumin and finally the chopped mushrooms. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms, add the stock cube and simmer. 2. To the mushrooms, add the roasted peppers, which are cut into larger pieces. When the mushrooms and peppers are soft, add finely chopped garlic and pour sour cream into which stir in a tablespoon of flour. Simmer briefly. You can add tomato puree or ketchup.
