1/2 kg mushrooms 20 g lard 20 g onion 100 g bun 20 g semolina 60 g breadcrumbs 1 pk egg to taste salt, pepper, breadcrumbs for coating

Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the chopped mushrooms, a little water and simmer. Then add the soaked and squeezed buns, egg, semolina, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and mix everything together. Form croquettes on a baking tray lined with breadcrumbs and fry them in hot lard.
