Musaka
Milled beef with pasta and tomato puree, baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the minced meat in oil
2. Add the minced paprika, crushed garlic with salt, tomato paste, a few tablespoons of water and simmer
3. Finally, stir the beaten eggs into the sauce
5. Grease the pudding mould with butter and fill it with layers of meat, finely chopped, almost cooked macaroni and finely chopped parsley
6. Pour the sauce over the moussaka, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake (190 °C)
7. Serve in a pancake form.
