Mungoráčky – “potato pancakes” made from mung beans

Potato-flavoured sprouted mung beans mixed with flour, eggs, crushed garlic, marjoram, pepper and salt. Fried until red.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Mix milk with flour, eggs, crushed garlic, marjoram, pepper and salt
2. Work everything through and then stir in the sprouted beans
3. Season to taste
4. Let rest for 10 minutes
5. Fry in about a centimetre layer of oil until red.
Recommendation:
The consistency should resemble potato dough, if necessary, add flour or dilute with milk
