Mummy jackets

Moomin jackets are a big hit with kids at parties. When you ask for a side of good gourmet sauce, and tell them it’s from Hesest, they’ll roll right along.
Ingredients for 10
40 sausages 1 packet of buttered dough
Sweet sauce
1 dl ketchup 1 tbsp mustard 1 dl cucumber salad 1 dl mayonnaise
Mix the dressing well in advance and put it in the fridge to make. Take the sausages out of the pan and put them in a blender.
Bring the butter into a very thin layer. Cut it into ovals just under a centimetre wide. The kind that you can still cut so that they don’t break in the middle.
Roll the butter dough soyroids onto the surface of the tin.
Bake the mummy wafers in a 180C oven for 20-25 minutes. Take care not to overcook, the butter dough will get quite light so that it doesn’t look like mummy dough.
For the eyes, you can even press black mustard seeds.
