Recipe for brown soup from India

Ingredients:

500 g of lentil meat (beef, chicken) 50 g ground coconut 50 g butter 4 tbsp rice 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 3 tsp curry spices 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 2 pcs of onions 1/4 l of milk citron salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into pieces, place in salted water and boil
2. In a smaller pot, bring milk, a cup of water, ground coconut to a boil and cook until contents are half boiled, then prepare coconut milk
3. Fry the chopped onion in butter until golden brown, add all the spices, ketchup, rice, simmer for a while and then add to the soup with the meat and cook until the meat is soft
