Fantastic pizza that always comes out delicious.

From the dough ingredients, make a smooth, elsic dough and let it rise, covered, for 30 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and work it with your hands for a while. Do not roll the dough, but place it in a greased baking tray and stretch it with your hands to the size of the tray.

Prep the pizza according to your own ideas and tastes.

Bake the pizza for 25 minutes at 180°C.
