Mug muffins with cottage cheese and plum jam

ingredients

2 pcs eggs 1 cup fine granulated sugar (300 ml) 2 cups semi-coarse flour (600 ml) 1 cup milk (300 ml) 1/2 cup vegetable oil (150 ml) 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa 1 packet vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker 1 packet baking powder Dr.Oetker

Cottage cheese filling:

250 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk egg 1 packet vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker pk caster sugar pk grated lemon peel 1 tbsp Golden Cob Dr.Oetker

Lavender filling:

Very simple, delicious, tasty pastry.

Cesto: mix all dry ingredients together, sift flour with baking powder, add sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa. Mix together the liquid ingredients, beat the eggs with a fork, add a little oil and lukewarm milk. Mix everything together. I use a 300 ml mug.

Line the muffin tin with paper cups. Spoon a little batter, a spoonful of cheesecake filling and some jam on the bottom. Put the batter on top again, 3/4 of the way up the cupcake. Bake at 180°C as desired.

Cottage cheese filling: in a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla sugar, icing sugar to taste, lemon zest and golden cob.
